Deerness Distillery

​Kirkjuvagr Orkney Gin

The Orkney Gin Company

​Orkney Vinegar
On a less alcoholic note www.orkneycraftvinegar.com/ make small batch vinegar, recently much promoted by the TV chef James Martin. They are based at Boardhouse Mill www.birsay.org.uk/baronymill.htm one of the last working water mills in the country which is open during the summer season - you even get to turn the water on to operate it..!
